A primary purpose of this Corporation is to provide a safe, supportive, and engaging after school environment where individuals with disabilities will discover their strengths, develop essential life skills, build confidence, and grow toward greater independence. Our organization believes every child has unique abilities and potential. 

We believe every individual has unique abilities and potential. Through our programs and initiatives, STEP provides meaningful activities, social development, life skills instruction, creativity, and positive relationships that empower individuals to recognize their capabilities and believe in what they can accomplish. STEP does not focus on limitations, we develop possibilities by Strengthening Talents and Empowering Potential (“STEP”).
