Summer Day Camp Application

We’re thrilled to get to know you! To apply for Shore Days Summer Day Camp 2026, please complete the form below. Once you’ve submitted the form, you’ll be directed to a payment page for the $40 application fee. Please note that this fee is required, and we won’t be able to review applications without it. Application window opens February 2, 2026 and closes on February 6, 2026. Enrollment decisions will be announced on March 2nd, 2026 through direct email communication.

This summer, Shore Days Summer Camp will be a total of 6 weeks—3 weeks in June and 3 weeks in July with the week of July 4th off—and will be held at Shades Mountain Baptist Church in Vestavia Hills. Shades Mountain Baptist Church has an amazing facility designed specifically for children with disabilities to thrive. With sensory pods, adaptive play spaces, and plenty of room for lots of activities, we are thrilled to partner with Shades for camp in 2026. During the second week of camp our campers will participate in the Vacation Bible School program of Shades from Monday through Thursday with Friday being a normal day of camp.

Dates: June 8 - July 24. Camp will be closed June 29 - July 3

Times: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm

Location: Shades Mountain Baptist Church, 2017 Columbiana Rd, Birmingham, AL 35216

Cost: $1500 per camper for the whole summer*

*The total tuition cost for each camper is $3000, but all families will receive a $1500 scholarship from our partners. Additional scholarships up to a full scholarship will be awarded on as needed basis.
